Have a look here
A common mistake people make when trying to design something completely foolproof is to underestimate the ingenuity of complete fools.

Im trying Bulk Image Resizer 1.2 and Saint Paint Studio 10.5 as they appears to be the only ones with gif support ... ill tell you either of them resizes animated gifs

[edit]sry i couldnt get either of these programs to work succesfully for an animated gif, it worked alright for jpeg's though[/edit]

[edit2]alright i have found a program that resizes animated gifs and keeps them in proportion, its Adobe Image Ready and it does every frame for you at once[/edit2]

Saint Paint Studio 10.5 works fine for animated GIF as long as the animation is not made out of frames with different size.

[DG]Saying it vaguely still don't make warez ok[/DG]

Anyway. With Jasc Animation Shop 3 or so you can do a lot to your animations. I really suggest it.
