With RF having such a low ammount of players these days, I have been considering Single player customs.

Q: What in your opinion is the BEST single Player map?

I haven't played many of the SP maps but my best advice would be just to have a sift through them and look for the best reviews and most downloads ( not a very original idea I know hehe ).

Have fun

There is something i can agree upon. There however are plenty of people who play multi. During when i was transfering ISP's i created a few SP lvels. I made sure all the transitions worked it sees t flow decently. I combined exsiting levels from the original SP maps and made them harder but not like more guys like they are similar to halflife game play. Like if you screw something up (ie. shoot booxes that are stacked to a vent) then u cant get up there so u'd ahve to restart the level. So making levels requiring more brain work to pass are way better than putting more guys in the level.

However i don't want to write a 50 page essay on this but i should submit some of my maps now that i got a new ISP and see what you think. Brainwork levels in single player are like non exsistant. More sneaky ways to fail a level it would make a better gameplay i think.

(hey i think many other have figured this glitch out but when you type and try to add letters between exsisting words it erases the letter behinf that) (it would save time by not having to constantly re-type a sentence or paragraph)

Welcome to levels4you Tfinvold.

I dont like your idea of "brainwork" as un-rewarding games where you make ONE mistake is the kind of game most people avoid. Yes puzzles are fun, but if a player destroys one path of the level, there must be an alternative path, otherwise you end up with totally linear gameplay and the player gets bored very quickly.

Back on topic...

MasterBETA try the Return to Earth series they are pretty good.

hmmm the return to earth is very good (though i would like it if the dude finished the series *Ultor City*) but i think its time for a new SP maybe? I heard Red Doom is soon so i'll wait and i got old of making maps (dont have the feel of it but i have ideas). maybe if i make a cdc i'll get the feeling back? i dunno...i got 3 ideas but dont count on them being made since ive lost my mood (>CB^S>Adventures, Chaos War, RFX)
