Im not at home, but I KNOW it doesnt require all of the game files, just some. Does anyone know if people have bundled up RED and its dependent files into a "cut down RED"? I could do with a copy of it (to tinker with when I have nothing to do) and Unfortunatly im already at work. Anyone have it? Trying to find old players. Anyone about? Even IF it requires the models etc, they can be replaced with <1KB files. (of course that will allow you to only build with bsp mainly - if you want the full spectrum of files - then you just can't rip out the files - and if you want to do serious mapping - then the same counts as well.) The whole point is for me to tinker around with REd and make the BSP and such, then when I get home add the models in. It allows me to make BSP at work and when im away. Trying to find old players.
