I am running ubuntu linux on my desktop PC and now I got weird problem, when ever I start red editor it does not seem to be right, rendering in those 4 windows is totally jinxed, I got no idea why. Note Just having to run it in wine you will need the Graphics Drivers for Ubuntu, I had the same problem with my Acer laptop, ended out my laptop was blacklisted by coders on the Ubuntu Forums and not much support / graphics drivers where done for it, Due to this problem i went back to Windows    Modified May 13th, 11:51am by Bigblack40 FuryThor   Posted 17th May 2009 9:55am L4Y Member Post 831 / 831 Yeah I have been always been trying to run any windows software with WINE on ubuntu, however there is great variance between graphics cards and their drivers, how well games and software work. I lately did learn that my Desktop PC graphics card (GF TI 4800 SE) has moved to "legacy" set of cards, which means reduced support and other things. Anyhow I am looking options to upgrade my hardware soon.
