Duke    Posted 25th Mar 2009 9:37am Post 1296 / 1353 Probably a sign that the CD laser's on the verge of breaking. I had that too. Just eject and reinsert the CD until it runs. NXE? Try using the CD lense cleaner again, if the disk is defective you can send it back under warranty (listed in the back of the manual) Trying to find old players. Anyone about? It has a phone number, ring them up and explain the problem. I BELIEVE its a 90 day warranty. Trying to find old players. Anyone about? Im wary of "repairing" scratches on disks as they actually strip off a protective layer around the disk, which the scratch is normally in (hence removing the scratch).
