high Heath + high Armor
high Heath + Low Armor
Low Heath + high Armor
Low Heath + Low Armor

I dont want to vote, show me the results!
I am just curious to see what other peoples heath and well being is like.
Thought i might give it a bit of an RF theme. Health is for your well being and Armor is how well you resist getting sick.

Also would be interesting to see what kind of conditions and disabilities people have, from minor to major

lol you got super armor.
I eat really healthy, cook all my meals. high fiber, plenty of veg, bit of fruit, heaps of lean meats from all groups, dairy too I know exactly what i put in my meals and how it helps my body. I try to exercise where and when i can, walking mainly bit of bike too. hate all sports though

haven't been doing any exercise lately though, can barely move let alone walk 5 meters

Dang, Predalienator! You got your own built in thermometer.

I probably need a lot more exercise. I just hit 40 and I have noticed a slight increase in flab which is a little unpleasant..... and it jiggles slightly when I run which is not only unpleasant, its downright disturbing. On the other side, I have managed to avoid the flu and various other bugs that have had my family, friends and co-workers coughing, spewing and squirting from various orifices throughout this year.
So on the whole I think I'm doing ok lol.

You shouldn't run. Do kike le. Stay the whole day in front of a computer eating crackers and sandwiches. It's the best way to increase your life expectancy by avoiding that dangerous sport.

Hmm I haven't been sick in a long time so high armor but I don't consider myself too healthy since I don't really eat vegetables. Low Health - High Armor

Every consider that you might be a carrier and that is why everyone around you gets sick.
Congrats in making it to the big Four Oh ( 40 ).

I would probably be Medium/Medium. Im not "fit" but I can run, I can cycle I walk 20minutes to and from Uni everyday, cycle to work and back every Friday/Saturday/Sunday (unless im going out). However I dont watch what I eat, when I do go out drinking I drink a fair amount and I get out of breath if I do go running.

Illness wise, I dont get ill that often, dont have a condition or anything. But when I get ill it normally knocks me for a few days.
Trying to find old players. Anyone about? Drop me a PM or reply to this thread:
