Quoting sobe
Ah and to crash Chrome, you can type in the address bar: :%

Once you just type it, it will automatically crash and ask to restart, lol.

Are you high? LOL. Doesn't do that for me. I've already set Google Chrome to be my default browser and it hasn't restarted once. You guys need to lay off the dope.

My method does work XD

Oh, it also seems Chrome has a memory issue, it consumes more and more memory over time of it being open. lmao

Chrome actually has a built in memory "stats for geeks" thing - if you have different browsers open it compares Chromes memory usage versus the others.

Quite handy really...

I set each browser (IE, FF, Opera and Chrome to have my works' homepage. Closed everything down and opened them all up.

IE used the least memory but I'm putting that down to most of it being built into Windows (ie it cheats), Opera used 4Mb more... but then that was skewed my me using it as my email client as well, Firefox weighed in at a further 8Mb more than Opera and then Chrome at a further 4Mb - with the memory comparison tab using around 6Mb on its own so really using 2Mb less than Firefox.

I used it for a few hours, found it doesn't render everything quite right (try opening a PHPMyAdmin site - it borks after listing a few tables when viewing a database at the same point everytime) and whilst its very fast and simple - its not quite polished enough to make me want to use it. It has the irritating "you've pressed the back button and this page needs you to resubmit the form data" that all browsers do except Opera (that alone is enough to make me stick with Opera)

Its still beta but I'd use it in place of Firefox if the choice came down to those two. Google have made a better browser straight off than Mozilla have been trying to do for the last few years. Surprising as its based (rendering engine) on Safari... and I hate that browser almost as much as I do IE. Absolutely horrible...

I will agree, for a beta launch, it's quite impressive.
