We finally have the net again, now with Tesco we got 1.1Mb, and download speeds of 100-150kbps. We are now with Post Office broadband, theoretically we are getting 2Mb. But my download speeds are idling around 7bkps - 12kbps. I just rung them and they said I cant report a fault within the first 10days as the line is adjusting, is this bull?
If I got 100kbps+ from Tesco down the same line, I should be getting the same with Post office surely? My Router is diagnosing my connection as 128kbps down and 64kbps up. Its painful. Any suggestions/help. Im using an extension cable, but I was when I had Tesco Broadband. |
