Well it apparently spices up the graphics of some games like bloom,colour correction and etc. The maker originally made it for GTA:SA but he has made other versions too.I use it in Halo to make it look like Halo 3 sometimes.Too bad it doesnt work with RF. I tried already.....but i havent tried with RF2 yet.
