Hi all,

I'm disappointed with another instable feature of RF and hope that we can do something to resolve it. I tune all collision spheres radius, one of the reason was to prevent player model to stand up in 1.5m height or less, that cause player stuck & see behind the world environment... It works perfectly on 'listen server', when him alone, as soon as another client join or in dedicated server, all client as the bad RF default head collision sphere radius.

Does anyone know if is possible to give the priority of tweaked collision sphere for client player? In the worse case, can I hope a hack fix from TrotSkie in Pure Faction?

No, it's not possible.
Fixing this very small unnoticeable bug is worthless and isn't that easy to do it.
It's model based.

For default maps, with 10 foots tall ceiling maybe, but not in custom map with crouch ventilation access that split your model by half Well, in fact tweaked collision sphere works, but the only thing that engine cannot handle (by client in multiplayer) is to limit the stand up with height restriction. Anyway, collision sphere are unstable and can vary when player switch some model...

I'm still happy, because at least, it work well with the bottom sphere that enhance collision with some model, that was too small and caused step back with brush obstacle, instead to reach destination. I will not have to remove some model added in beta 2.0 (bring back many RF model removed in beta 1.0 due to collision & water bug).


With some new skins too
