Make the default one an animated gif of all the ones REDFROG made. lol Its not an file as such like the rest of the icons, its part of the site template thats generated along with the rest of the coloured images for that area of the site. I'm not spending hours and hours making an animated version that changes colours according to HTML colour values added in the admin panel lol The PHP generates it I assume? Yup. Animated GIFs however are not yet part of the php functionality of image generation however. To do those you need to generate the frames and manually piece them together in the GIF anim format. Or go grab someone elses class that does it. Either way, doable... but I'm really not in a rush to do it [edit] Thought I'd read it was... just found animated gif support is planned for PHP 6. At work I use calipers to get a rough idea of part sizes to establish cutting depths and general dimensions. I have learned through experience that calipers have a reliable resolution of .001" / .025mm. To obtain truer dimensions one must use either a slate and height stand with a dial indicator or if the parts are small enough to be hand held: a micrometer. Most of the work I do is prototype and tooling, which demands accuracy to .0001" / .0025mm.
