If we connect a 360 controller to our PC is there a way to get it to work with RF?

by default I dont believe that RF supports extra peripherals. However it may be a function Trotskie may be willing to experiment with in PureFaction.
Trying to find old players. Anyone about? Drop me a PM or reply to this thread:

If RF doesn't have a joystick option already programmed into the game it is unlikely that one will be released at this point. You can try and look for a program to turn joystick input into keyboard/mouse input. Sorry, but I can't think of any at the moment, but I do know there are some out there.

A Link would of been nice

I wouldn't of thought this will work amazingly well though. Better off using mouse and keyboard on games which don't officially support joypads

IMO a game pad has a much more casual feel than a mouse and keyboard. While I still prefer the traditional PC setup for shooters, its nice to take a break and use a pad every now and then.

I don't even play PC games so I think a 360 pad is best for everything

the control pad would be annoying if it was ownage, if it ever came to use on rf, how ever i'm sure that the player could be annoyed because if they crouch they would keep on having to hold the button down

I use GlovePIE for all my emulators. I prefer the Wiimote to a 360 controller any day.

A wiimote starts hurting my hands after playing for a while. (if you hold if like a 360 gamepad)

That's why there's a Classic Controller peripheral, so it has as much capability as the other controllers and won't hurt your hands.
