Hi all,
I am building a very complicated puzzle single player without weapon at the moment,
but suddenly there is an unexpected problem:

one puzzle means that u can only make your way by rotating seperate parts of the room.
When u've done it in the right wy u should be able to jump and walk over boxes which are fixed on the walls - but
u can't!
Because the boxes as well as the walls (which are now the floor) get sticky
or even move you into a direction...?!?!
Anybody able to solve this?

Thx in advance.

yea... it always happens to be on inclines, when spawns are a little too close to the floor, on a clutter object, or when movers are thin and you are standing on them (like bars in run maps)

I also found that since I went the dual-core route with my processor, I get stuck in inclines that I never used to.

Jan, this is a known problem in RF.

the best i can think of to possibly fix this is to create invisible collision models which move into place after you rotate the room in its proper position. then turn off collision for the rotating pieces.

However, the collision pieces can only move, not rotate. otherwise you will get the same problem with them as you do with the rotated room pieces.
