My problem is that only one application can use a capture device at a time. I'm not sure if there's a way around this, but it doesn't hurt to ask. Any sort of application that could input my VIVO stream into a virtual webcam stream would be ideal. My exact situation is this: I can stream live VIVO to UStream but the display they use (in a flash application) is too small for me to see effectively. UStream's software works with any type of capture device, so I need an application/driver that can allow me to use my VIVO in two applications simultaneously, or one that trick Windows into thinking my VIVO is a webcam.
