They have a store in Antwerpen where you can buy it. Beer
whith 12% alcohol , they have it .. yammyyy...

actually knew that  ... a good way to check is by looking at your pee color

Exactly... Reason why you see kids get caught for under age drinking is because they do it on the streets.... For god sakes kids! if you want to drink without being thrown into a cell, Drink at home INDOORS!!! that way, the police may never catch you! |

 YES Water. And drink lot just before you go to sleep. Its an old trick. Drinking
water when you wake up is to late actually. I kno it sounds stupid, but when you
come home ( or at home ) drunk. Drink as mutch water you can. It taste nasty but
try it and you will see ..

Yep, my mate came home and was talking to me on MSN at like 2:30 in the morning, off his rocker. I told him to drink some water just before he went to bed he replied with:

Dont drink and drive! And if you are over at a friends house and you are drunk then either get a designated driver, some one who isn't drunk, or stay the night there. |

I've never had a hang-over, guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
In fact the opposite happens to me ... I wake up earlier feeling better then normal. Can't complain really lol. |

not true. ive seen partys that get busted just because they get out of hand ... either the music gets loud, a fight breaks out, or too many people are there (they see the cars) ... and no ones outside
try to go to partys where the host is experienced ... its usually much safer
if he/she is experienced, he/she will do at least a few of these things:
1) He/She checks the noise volumes from the street every once in a while
2) He/She has boards that fit the windows (to block out light and noise detectable from the street
3) Makes sure people park up and down the street (generally not clustered around his/her house)
4) Has a bar with a keg (Floating and/or Fixed)
5) Marked house cups
6) Hides keys from people
7) Locks doors that he doesn't want people in (ive seen a kid lock off half his house before )
8) Makes sure the party doesn't get too big (keeps it under control, only invites a certain amount)
9) Has drinking games
oh, and let it be clear that i have never said that I drink ... i just am saying i know stuff about the subject . |

iam back from holiday now.... sun Burn like no tomorrow......
My new Years hang over is gone now but on new years eve i managed to break a Beer Bong sculling Record and i hold the fastest time for 3 beers in the beer bong on the camp site also
Even funnyier my dad holds the 2nd place record (shows that he can still kept up with young people....and also like father like son )
the day before new years eve the guys beside us that had a beer bong attacked a random 15 year old (he had a awesome mullet though)....gave him the beer bong now he going to be a alcoholic
I noticed that wearing a Iron maiden t-shirt around a camp site gets you alot of free beer and Vodka
New Years day i had to help this person do a few sculling sessions with the beer bong......had to hold her help cause how wasted she was (lawl handicaps) |

Those are common sense answers. But you forget, the only time a police officer can raid a house is they have a Warrent saying they can.
If a neibour complains about the noise, then its the police job to go to that house and ask politly for the house owner to turn the noise down a little for complaining neibours.
Fail to comply with this will result to an arrest.
Also, if kids are drinking, it is always better to have an adult there to say that it is ok for children to drink on their behalf. This means that their behaviour is the adults responcibility.
Anything that can be classed as Criminal activity will go down on the adult who was responcible looking after that child. Im not talking about little children though, I am talking about 16 - <18 year olds who are under age to drink.
You will find that most kids at 16 - <18 are not responcible drinkers. They sometimes get out of hand and do alot of damage. This means these kids shouldn't even be aloud to have drinks until they treat drink responcibly. |
