trying to please everybody doesnt work
If things get closed people complain
If thing get deleted people complain
If things don't get closed people complain
If things don't get deleted people complain
It not censorship, its following the rules, if you cannot do it then things get closed or deleted then people cry "omg censorship", follow the rules and they would be no problem.
This forum is for the dicussion of Red faction , its not a battle ground for ill mouthed people who have nothing better to do than to argue over sometimes pointless things. It brings the site down and it will not continue.
Take your whinning and bickering somwhere else and Molo if you purposly trying to stir things up and cause trouble you can take it to some other site as well. |

It is true that watching other people argue is entertaining and it does indeed bring frequent visits and postings. However, I would very much like to give other visitors a voice that otherwise would be drowned out by the chaos. Consider, how many people have been frightened off by the violence of our topics over the years. Our mutual reputations tarnished by anger, paranoia and hysteria.
One decent post is worth more than a thousand insulting posts.
If folks would like to participate in aggressive forums, I recommend:

They cater to that sort of thing. |

I dont care about all the bickering... RF was a great game but I never stick with a game that long. To me, RF is a game that was played, enjoyed and remembered for what it was - a good, groundbreaking game (geo-mod) with a fun community.
These days the community cant even get along in the forums.

I'll complain about every bad and useless file on L4Y. Thats what reviews are for, they reflect the opinion of the user, and thus give the next downloader a warning or recommendation.
Believing the review/reviewer is on your own, though.
Lots of people give 5 stars for everything, this is absolutely not the point of a reviewing system.

He isn't too happy with it but like stated above by him. He doesn't play the game, just be glad this site is still supporting the game. If it wasn't, I doubt that we would even have half the players that we do know.  |

OH and in case you are wonder who closed a thread a few moments ago. It was me upon the request of the "original" member that started the thread. Since it had turned into yet another thread with members arguing profusely, I agree with him and closed it. |
