If you use the quit command or click on the close button in windowed mode then UT04 will not save anything/much of the settings. If thats not the case..then uhm I don't really know. You should try to create fresh ini files, probably the old ones are corrupted in some way. For this... go to UT2004/System/ Look for UT2004.ini. Back it up if you want, then delete it (or move it out) Look for User.ini. Back it up if you want, then delete it (or move it out) Both ini files basing on bigger default ini files, they only hold the changes.
