Maybe, you should not direct me to read what ever before I speak since we all have free will to speak.
Ive based my statement off what is called "Time". It has been a long time since you started this mod. Its been a long time for the amount of threads stating "Star Wars Mod Releasing Soon" or "Coming Soon".
I personally like the sounds of this mod, I want to download it and play it, but I am starting to dislike it because I have been fooled around too many times to these "Coming Soon" threads that is suppose to make us feel like "I can't wait for this mod". Im starting to loose faith in this mod. God knows how others feel about it. |

Also with a little help from D2k the mod will most defanetly get released this week, however befor releasing i need people to help test the weapon damage to health ratio so if any one want to help please sighn on to my msn messenger...

Thanks for the corrected link DARTH.
While the content of this mod is dubious I don't see any need to get uppity over it.
There are all sorts of mods here which "borrow" from other mods.
Technically, all the RF stuff here belong to THQ.
So asking specific authors for permission is purely an optional courtesy.

I feal the exact same way Hapa Hanu. thats why when i released this new version i fully give people the right to do what ever thay want with my mod. but that brings me back to another question i'v ask befor. if say SKA-DIESEL created the katana from his mod red doom and then gave me permision to use the katana in my mod, and i then give everyone permision to do whatever thay want with my mod, does my permision give people the right to use SKA-DIESEL's katana or only the stuff that i made? |

That is a grey area of sorts. Ideally people should ask for permission from the direct author.
To be honest, people are going to do what they want to do - regardless of potential consequences. As far as I can tell, you have gotten the scorn of goober and Spikey. Everyone else? I don't think they care one way or the other. |

thinks to D2k i now have new pickuo icon working in game, and unless someone iw willing to make me some new weapon model ASAP the mod will i repeat will be uploaded by the end of this sunday, however i still would like to have people help with weapon damage vs health loss, so please if you are interested sighn on to my msn messenger

a new window will pop up click enter in the next screen.
login with

pasword = constructive
now click manage my xdrive
a new window should pop up.
in the left hand colum it's set up to look like windows explore. clock my documents.
now just select S W T F U.rar (55mb's) and click download.
might be slow do to suden masive downloading from all the people who just read this
For slighly faster downloading speed you can download the xdrive desktop companion.
AGAIN THIS IS NOT THE FINIAL VERSION THAT WILL BE UPLOADED TO L4Y. STILL HAS BUGS AND HASN'T BEEN FULLY TESTED.

Yes this is the official test version. the official alpha, beta, compleatly playable just needs new weapon model and player skin so be finished will be uploaded on this site buy the end of sunday.
Xdrive.com is basicly an online backup storage place. as long as you have an aol instant messenger account. you can sigh up for free useing you AIM name and password. you get 5 gb's of storage, which can come in handy.
now a few thing people should know
The light saber can block lasers .for the saber to block the laser must hit the blade pirfectly (hard to master)
Force scream (push) will actuly push you if hit. It does not matter what angle force scream hits you from you get pushed... espasialy if hit in from uder the foot (causes the c4 flying bug)
P.S. do to an over sight on my part not all weapons work with all skins. so if testin in multy only use parker for now.
P.S. again ok all weapons work with all multi skins now just go back to xdrive to downlaod the updates...... |

To answer you question as simply as possable. when finished the star wars tfu mod will be a true TC (total conversion) all new weapons and player models (from all six of the films and all of the video games). new multi player maps. new trining level with a new single player compain. plus it will be backwords compatible with the default RF game.
P.S. i'm asuming that not many people have downloaded the test version as mentioned above so i made a new topic stricly for the point of posting the downlaod instruction.
Now being that i have yet to hear any feadback positive or negitive. i will have to post pone the official release till i hear what people think. (so goober and spikey maby you could download the mod before just complaining that i'v delay'd the releass again )
again please download the test version of my mod Star wars TFU and give me some fead back please
