I wanted to show you my progress on the new railgun for Red Faction.

I'll be also making a m4a1 which will be looking like the one from Soldier of fortune2, this will be something for you, Cyrus
I really like the railguns behaviour of Quake4.

Is the beam the same as seen in Q4?

I don't understand why there is no Weapons section in the downloads yet.
Any other game that supports weapon mods has that.
Perhaps it's too late for it?
Sure the skin of the m4 could be better, but you know I have no texturing skills (but it's great imo)

REDFROG, you have made an extremely valid point. Perhaps there should be a Category which exclusively covers Client Side Weapons. I am uncertain at this point of what those ramifications would be if I were to start shuffling files around.
In the near future, a spring cleaning may be in order. For instance, a great number of map packs are hosted here for servers which no longer exist...

I agree that client-side weapons (and client side mods themselves) should have their own sections... So should TC (total conversion) Mods like Lego, Red Doom ect...
