Cheers! Its taking a precious long time though, no net at home (for 3 weeks!) so I have to do it at lunch at work.
Bloody annoying, the line in our flat was our landlords business line and its with a differnet company, which means its going to take bt 10 working days to 'bring the line back to bt' then having asked 'could you get it set up for adsl at the same time?' I got the reply 'no, youll have to phone up when its done'

Then of course it will take another week for the net to be installed.

heh the same thing happend when i moved into my new flat. Demon wouldnt let me simply transfer the same account to a new address... they said bt wouldnt allow them too. I had to close my account, wait ten days, then set up a new account at this house.
To top that all off the internet stayed on at my old house for nearly 2 months - lucky i lived with my mum and sister before so they diddnt mind having the net with demon for a couple of months before they changed to tiscali... oh yeah i was billed for these 2 months too - demon refunded me the cost
Im trying to make a small basic flash site for my xbox 360 clan... Just so the clan homepage isnt mixed in with the rest of my site, should make it easyer for people just interested in the clan to browse.

Hey thats a neat bit of work, havent played with flash in a long time!
I had the same, bulldog charged me an extra month. I've decided to sod it and pay a bit extra for decent service now. Zen are consistently the fastest, least contended, and have the best levels of customer service. They are a bit more money than bulldog. But hey, its split over 3 of us so its not so bad really. + we get an actual 'real' ip each. And they dont play with traffic shaping like talk-talk and the really-cheap-but-theres-got-to-be-a-catch ISP's.
They've earnt themselves my cash. Well they will, when I have a phone line. |

i dont think i want to move to america
and i dont want to live in a massive tower block either.
Right now i got a place above me with one bedroom. and a place below me. And thats it.Lucky for me the bloke upstairs is a recluse that never speaks, and downstairs are stoners like me .Hate being around loads of people.
