Is it possible to have a scrolling texture on a brush that's a moving keyframe? I tried to and the geo trick to get a texture scrolling doesn't seem to work when the scrolling texture is on a keyframe brush...

Hmmmmmm interesting problem.
Once a brush is a mover, it does upset some texture features.
I'll have to play around with this one.

I tried and tried to get a vmb on a moving brush ,and concluded it was not possible. You will pull your hair out trying.

A valid guess, but after a test, i have proved that my method does not work with scrolling textures...

Ill try some differnt things for you though

I just had a VBM going on a mover. Try the default ones in the Animating textures folder in RED. Maybe custom ones won't work.
I've never tried.

Custom vbm works too, you just have to have the vbm file added to the main levels.vpp

But no luck getting just a normal texture, applying it to a keyframe brush, and changing the pan texture properties so its scrolling and getting it to scroll ingame?

No, I have tried but not with any success.
It certainly scrolls in the editor but not when you actually get in and test it properly. I still have a few things to try but I don't hold much hope.
