So im working on my single player campaign, and trying to put in HUD messages..
The first one "0" works, but the rest dont work.. I have them set up like this:

1 "0.wav"
En: "<something>"
Gr: "<something>"
Fr: "<something>"

Any idea whats wrong??

it cause after GR and FR you need to add them in Brackets after the Gr and Fr ,you'r probly confused already, hard to explain but here's an example
0 "Sound.wav"
En: "text"
Gr: "(gr)text"
Fr: "(fr)text"

1 "Sound.wav"
En: "text"
Gr: "(gr)text"
Fr: "(fr)text"

2 "Sound.wav"
En: "text"
Gr: "(gr)text"
Fr: "(fr)text"
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
and you'r doing

0 "Sound.wav"
En: "text"
Gr: "text"
Fr: "text"

1 "Sound.wav"
En: "text"
Gr: "text"
Fr: "text"

see you forgot the (gr) and (fr) in brackets

what are you'r settings for the Next Message Properties
Make shure you change "Message ID" number to 1 and tick the "Play as HUD Persona Message"

Thats already been done, but it works for "0" but not for 1 or 2... its very strange...

I had the Hud persona box checked on "0" but not the other 2... Thanks for your help BigBlack

How do I let the player be stopped by an invisable wall, but the AI go through it?

There is also an option to "edit your post" which can be used instead of double, double posting

eventho we all know how you love to boost your post count, I think here you might want to slow it down a bit

well, it depends ... im sure you could make a one way face ... mark show sky as its texture properties on one side ... and have a effects barrier on the other ... that way you can walk in but not out ...

Or you could rig us some sort of invisable blocking wall that is hooked up to a trigger set to player only so that way if the player walks that way the invisable wall come up or down and he can't walk through, but when he leaves the wall leaves and players can walk through ...

i dunno something like that ...

I do admit i did it a bit much in this topic, but not latley.

No, not really

But, im assuming there is no way to acomplish this? The player needs to be able to see the entity walk through a door, but not be able to walk through it himself. I tried the trigger thing, and it didnt work well. The player got killed when he tried it

I suppose ill have to build a room inside so the player can go in and explore. Ok, thanks for the help guys
