I just want to try and get a response to this question hopefully.. So that I will be sure my map/s is welcome here.

What is considered an acceptable submission in regards to level content?

By this I am referring to Levels4you denying certain maps from becoming apart of the download section here on the site.. because the map/s have bad (Possibly "R" rated) content ect...

Could anybody (probably Staff members preferably) explain precisely in a bit of detail how these kind of entries are dealt with?

As far as I know we have maps clearly labeled 18+ on here in certain sections. I know some of them contain hmm...let's say "suggestive" material so if that's any indication. However I'm not quite sure on this one as we are a family site so...yeah, I'd say wait til you hear from NCF or someone more experienced

I would say that it wouldn't really matter. To be honest, parents are responcible for allowing their children viewing this type of content. Therefore, the website Levels4you are not held responcible for any 18+ rated content that is posted to this website.

9/10 websites I have visited with forums hold swearing and abusive language, even thought, they fail to add a

to their site to notify all users that there is some content that is not suitable for people under the age of 18.

Yes you can put it up here and the staff member to accept it will put a 18+ and a line in the description to let users know.

Yes parents should check websites before their kids of young age view them but sadly it doesn't happen and even sader that if you do put an image like that up then 90% would give it a second look anyway.

Ok Well It was just a hypothetical question but I suppose I could provide an example.

Marijuana weed smoking devices.. My favourite idea was to have a big fat joint burning and you can jump through it like you are being smoked and maybe you will lose a little bit of health for realistic purposes and you would exit out the mouth side with the amp power-up.

Probably any file that are on this site that may still contain some explicit stuff are probably in the CTF section since I mainly play DM.

Ninja~ be warn that I do look at all the textures that are inside the submitted .vpp. I might sometimes even take out a texture that will force a different skin on a player's weapon.

Thanks for taking the time to respond.. Although personally I'd prefer my level removed If it ever did have to come to that.

Another RF Staff question here.

Why is the Sticky [RED] Limits for RF maps locked?

It's a topic in my opinion which was never 100% correct.. nor 100% incorrect either, But the ability to post new info about that subject would be a moderate advantage to the Mapper community and any further findings of the true limits could only be discovered from discussion.

Could we have that thread unlocked by any chance?
