What about it? Eko is sooo last year 
You want a game with the Eko mod? Sounds like fun, I'll just need to download, I don't have it on this pc. We'd just need a server. |

no.. eko 1.0
Its ready for upload. I called it the "Deadrelease" because its not really done.
I played the mod a few days ago, which I havent done since over 1year. It's too good for just leaving it on my PC.

Not all. The ones in Eko1.0 are different, anyway. They are worse!! Isnt that something? lol jk (but not kidding with the "worse part" )lol..
Eko1.0 has some new weapons like a bow and a grenade launcher (I think the grenades have no explosions, though I can't remember what I've done with the effects 2years ago....
There are new maps..cool ones, even a woc3 BUT its far from finished and no items are in it. 
I'm not going to make a big deal of it with screenshots and thousands of threads Its different to have client side mods, or a full mod which everybody else plays with at the same time.
I have the big(66M file here, but the release should not be at the same time as Mars Wars, though. I forgot that it could take away the players
Perhaps I should take the time and fix a few little things (such as the grenade explosion)..since I have more time now and release it in a week or so.
Its really a great thing.
There is also the possibility that other people continue/improve my work after the release..
I have asked NoClanFrank if he would do the upload for me when the time has come for it.

I've taken a few shots of the mod.
Eko1.0 has been uploaded, and will release..now..tommorrow or in the next week. lol I'm not sure if anyone seen or want to see this thread anyway.

Hey REDFROG I posted your mod but it seems that in a few maps you forgot to add weapons and on other ones there was only one spawn point.
Other than that it's still fun playing it on other maps even default ones. |

Yeap, Frank and I played eko 1.0 on his dedicated.
Had a ton of fun. This definatley is the coolest mod for rf, although the player jumps a tad bit high. Also we had a tunnel war on that one map with those 2 big heads floating above the arena. I started digging under the level and frank followed trying to frag me with nukes and the seige gun. Little did frank know i had my own little network of tunnels LOL. Good job RED FROG!

yeap it was a blast even with 2 players. For a lack of a better word....I GOT OWNED!

Yes some maps are only halfy done..and I didn't take the time to add at least some items or spawn points in.
I'm very happy to hear you both were playing it!  I thought noone was when I looked at the dl's |
