first of all what do you think about this mod?) 
and main questions (sorry about english, i'am from Russia) 
Well I need to know. In Chronicles mod you can choose starting weapons for player and allies.. How it works?It will be useful for future versions of my mod(version 1.1 is a joke, i think now you can play beta version)... And Is it possible to make choice between two sides(terrorists and swat)? If yes, is it possible to change skin name in levels.txt from main menu in the game?

Anyway, I've had a look in the max payne chronicles mod and it seems the author acheived the player weapons by making "story events"  take place which gives the player those weapons. I'm no mapper so I wouldnt know how to add this during a level, you might have to work that out for yourself. Actually I like the weapon system you have now, if you would be able to choose your own weapons, chances are, you would always choose the best weapons. Moving on, I do know one way you would be able to choose your team. But the downside is, you would have to double the size of your mod. You could create alternate versions of your levels that you play as the opposite team, instead of playing as terrorists on a map, play as counter terrorists. You would have to change the starting  skin and which bunch of npc's fight who. Then in levels.txt add in your opposite team's maps. After this you could create a whole new menu that, that when you click on counter terrorists, it launches the custom opposite map you created where you are a counter terrorist. About your last question  (not about this site being dead) you asked if you could change the skin name from the main menu. Well, even if you did this, you would still fight the same team as before, but with a different skin. That is why you'd need to recode the AI players. I hope this helps!  |

I know the system about two versions of levels, but i have not good connection, so double size of my mod is not a good idea( 
About story events, hm i'll try thanks 
And what do you think about deathmatch maps? 
Must i try realize cs\de\as\ maps?)

Now I'am doing map dm_manor2, then it will be ready, i'll show you some screens)
