Elements Of Style Just Released On Filefront, though still not publicly viewable, i will provide you all with an already working private link. Here you go:

Much More Satisfying GunPlay

-Grenade explosion effects changed
-Grenade explosions also "bend" the screen for about .5 seconds
-F.E.A.R. bullet ricochet sounds
-Enemy weapons sound different to give movie like quality
-Many weapon sounds changed for the better
-Player talking removed because to slight annoyance, also because 3dRealms wanted them out
-Explosion death animations changed to look less weird
-Tweaked Ragdolls for slightly improved deaths
-Blood decals more varied and different
-Blood effects now more violent
-New and Improved Bullet Impact effects
-Colt 1911 model changed
-Ingram model changed
-Bullet Impact Fog majorly tweaked to make big performance improvements
-Weapon Muzzle effects heavily modified for better lighting flashes
-AI turning speeds increased to allow them to follow player movements correctly
-AI aiming accuracies decreased for more chaotic and movie like shooting sequences


New Super KungFu

-Two "Launch" moves added to knock an enemy into the air to setup a finisher
-Sweep kicks trip the enemy into a prone position
-New KungFu kill cameras that only show up in bullet-time to prevent major annoyance
-"Super Move" "bends" screen
-KungFu death animations changed to look more cool



Menu Changes

-The Lobby DMW map was removed due to mistakened addition in version 1.0
-Few maps added for DMW selection
-Console Fonts changed to be bigger and have better color

New Look

-Shaders now give models sheen, or edge shine (Similar to DefJam Fight For NY and Marvel Nemesis)
-Map flare glow strengthened to give improved lighting


Bugs

-No more crashing, all crashes, camerapath.txt issues, and subtitle.txt issues totaly fixed
-Fixed Max Payne Mona Face Bug in levels where Max is collaborating with Mona

Much More Satisfying GunPlay

-Bullets make glowing streaks through the air
-Bullets leave smoke trails ripping through the air
-Bullets can be heard as they travel with new Whizz sounds
-The screen shakes as enemy bullets come close to the player
-The screen flashes after each shot fired from the player
-The screen vibrates for every shot fired off from the player
-Bullets penetrate many objects
-Bullets leave new bullet holes
-Bullet impacts now squirt blood from enemies
-The Blood actually splashes onto the ground with effects and sounds
-Bullet impacts now eject thick smoke and debris
-Bullet impacts burst out glowing sparks from metal
-Bullet impacts shatter glowing sparkling pieces of glass
-Bullet impacts tear through paper throwing floating pieces into the air
-Sniper bullet cam will also follow through with the penetration
-New grenade effects throw flaming particles into the air
-Player grenades now detonate quicker to catch enemies
-Grenade blasts throw enemies across the room to illustrate power
-Molotov CENSORED tail changed to throwing knives
-When tossed, they will get stuck the the enemies head as they
crouch in pain and later collapse
-Can be repicked up if it does not hit enemy
-Weapon melee much more powerful
-Screen shake on impact
-Berettas changed to Colt 1911s
-New Firing animation for single Colt 1911
-While standing Max will shoot with 2 hands
-While crouching or running Max will shoot with 1 hand
-Single Colt 1911 firing rates increased
-Dual Colt 1911s firing rates more equal.
-Desert Eagle firing rates increased
-Dual Desert Eagle firing rates more equal.
-Pump Shotgun has new reload animation that is more movie-like
-Shotgun spread values lessened to enhance power feeling
-Uzi firing rates increased
-Uzi spread values slightly increased to enhance its ability to rip up a room
-Mp5 changed to a UMP-45
-There is no scope
-Iron Sight now featured
-Ak47 firing rate and power now close to real life counterpart
-M4a1 firing rate and power now close to real life counterpart
-Sniper Rifle power increased
-Will kill 95% of enemies in 1 shot
-Dragonuv power increased
-Will kill 92% of enemies in 1 shot
-New sounds for every weapon in the game
-New life-like ragdolls complete with life-like ragdoll collision sounds
-Modified Player camera
-Decal limit dramatically increased for movie-like aftermaths



New Super KungFu

-Full moveset of KungFu kicks and punches
-KungFu 3.0 style standing and running KungFu moves
-Cameras added for every successfully landed power hit
-Power Hits send enemies flying away at high speeds
-Able to hit multiple enemies in one animation
-You will be able to easily take out a entire room without getting hit
-Max has a hidden "Special Move"
-Animations: Credits to the Creator of CTT as some animations came from
his mod



New Evasive Manuevers

-Jumping Heights now increased allowing you to jump off enemy heads
or even shootdodge off of their heads
-Standing side rolls replaced with cartwheels
-Running side rolls replaced with tornado flips
-Standing back roll changed to backflip on hands
-Running back roll changed to jumping backflip
-Max's standing shootdodges are the original with new camera work and
slowmotion
-Max's running shootdodges replaced with jumpling flip manuevers
-Mona's standing shootdodges replaced with Equilibrium Style
StandingPoses first seen in Close To Truth(CTT)
-Mona's running shootdodges are the original with new camera work and
slowmotion
-New landing animations for both Mona and Max that also knocks enemies
and objects in close proximity away
-New crouching animations that allow both the player and enemy to actually
duck behind cover



New SlowMotion Atmosphere

-Sound slowmotion limit set to make sound effects sound perfectly slowed
down and not dull when in Bullet Time
-Enemy voices also slow down when in Bullet Time giving a real sense of
time dilation
-Max Payne 1 Style Bullet Time and More Action Movie-Like
-Bullet Time now regenerates in exactly 1 second automatically
-Bullet Time now last for 10 seconds
-Bullet Time now fully regenerates after each kill
-Though you always have Bullet Time, they come in 10 second bursts to
keep the game moving at a fast, hectic, movie-like pace
-Smooth Bullet Time Fading In and Out
-Sounds blend nicely in and out of Bullet Time
-When in Bullet Time it is basically a moment where something spectacular
is about to happen so the hud is removed and a cutscene widescreen
layout is enabled



Menu Changes

-New Menu Screens Used
-New Player Hud
-Music Track Player for when ingame that allows you to play music from
the original MP2 or new music from EOS
-More than 15 new DMW levels added
-DMW levels are divided into two pages
-Any and All DMW levels can be played with either Max or Mona



New Look

-Strongly modified Max Payne model
-Modified Mona model
-New Shaders applied to 95% of character models in the game
-Shaders allow the models to look more shiny and shaded
-New high-poly weapon models
-New player death camera

Bugs

-Random crashes, some have subtitle or camera problems
-Max Payne Mona Face Bug in levels where Max is collaborating with Mona

and no the intro stuff isn't there yet, i will be adding it for version 2.0.

Also, about the knives, i might re add them as a seperate weapon later, but im not sure

I don't know if this is a bug or you did it on purpose, but have have this "echo" sound all the time, on most of the levels, because the sounds get kind of irritating after a while. If you ask me, that should be a definite "NONO" for 2.0.
The new bullet-ricochets are kinda fluffy.

I love the way you got the ragdoll to respond to the kungfu punches and kicks. BTW that supercool setup to "finish him" move, the guy flies alittle to high to punch him, and alittle too quick to kick him again, but still awesome!

You're giving me better and easier ways to make cool machinema action movies, and of course several hours of enjoyable gameplay! THANKYOU!

o shoot, i completely forgot
Take off EAX or u will hear it, i accidently left it in.

Or if u want just open the mp2m and delete soundenvironments.txt

And Thanks for your comments and such

Also, u can "launch" an enemy by doing a backflip on your hands (standing still dodge backward)

Also, if you all didnt notice, i added the bullet dodge as the supermove with a 2 handed weapon and the original super move is still on the dual weapons.

now im getting this error that i've seen before.

Exception in engineInit:X_SharedDB: Particlefile "level_particles\blood_shower.rps" defined in block
[default]/[blood_shower]/[Particles.txt]
Not found

EDIT: Man, all this crashing is because of my settings. Just because my computer sucks =( so i fixed them now, but the game slows down whenever there's alot of smoke.

eh, wheres the kung-fu weapon? how do i enable kung fu?
Also, how do you lower the gunsmoke? the shotgun shell smoke is really slowing my game down.

whoever gets those sound errors, just delete your previous EOS bugfix "data" folder. And yeah, i'd like a moves-list. i've only found 1 launcher and i dont know how to combo it.

For people who crash at start-up, here are my settings:

Antialiasing: Off
Texture Color Depth: Low

thats all, but the improved bullet impact smoke is really slowing my game down. I'd like to know how to tone it down.

If you havent played it...PLAY IT!!!! it has DOOM 3 graphics with Quake 1 SPeed an FUn Gameplay, and ITS FREE!!!!!, Wat more could you want.

Hey great mod (once again!)

However, I still play the first cos the echo is realy annoying. Also I didnt like the new new 9mm or the new blood effect (much prefer the cload of blood before ).

However, like all the other changes u made: especialy the new uzzis (are they from Half Life 2 ) and the new ragdoll is great!
