We had to upload it in advance of the announcement and at the same time we couldn't control when FileShack would make it available. I am the project Lead and I also did a fair bit of the mapping. I wish it was more accesible to lower end computers but the engine just wasn't designed to do what we were aiming for. And that's after several months of optimization work.
