Post 3 / 4 so thats a normal standard hermits reticle.. i would like 2 pimp it a bit makin it a bit smaller n put a bright color dot in mid like yellow that it got 2 colors. when i open the hret_gen etc. i have the tga files but wierd i jus see redboxes 32x32. k first i tried jus 2 resize all files 2 a smaller size n put the tgas back in.tried it but lol i jus saw a big red box then. ya is there any tutorial how i can make reticles???. or can sum1 help me n gimme a hint..how 2 resize reticles chaning colors etc. would be great tho . redfac18   Posted 30th Mar 2006 3:22am L4Y Member Post 222 / 300 I'm guessing the software you used to scale it down doesn't support transparencies. As for editing you need software like photoshop to do what you say you want to. Something about Red Faction needs to have a reticle inside a solid color I think, so it may not be the transparencies thing.
