I found some "info" related to a mod called True Crime-Streets of NY v0.8 here: http://sithhiddensaber.free.fr/mp2/mods2.php
Since I do NOT speak French at all, I'm not sure what it says exactly about the mod; but it looks nice though 
Unfortunately, the download link is dead and I haven't found any other link on the web 
Anyone knows where to get this mod??

Holy CENSORED , i lost this site along time ago..every one check out the jet li bullet time if its still there it was a simple mod but one of my favorites..thank you so much for finding this..i could not. |

my suggestion is to ask Thorxc himself on 3drealms (he posted a couple a weeks ago on his final fight 3.0 project). I'm lookin forward to playing this star wars mod I dled off this site
btw, this looks a lot like Free To Kill |

Yeah, Star Wars Team Commander, another great mod by Froz
I really enjoyed playing it, it's one of my favorites 
BTW, anyone here happens to know Thorcx's e-mail?? His True Crime mod might be available somewhere....
