LMFAO! With http://www.hostultra.com you get UNLIMITED space & unlimited bandwidth  You need to learn to check more in-depth
Freewebs is VERY slow, as well as a giant steaming pile of crap
They don't even have an SQL database! How can you say I can NOT beat Freewebs?!
My current free hosting plan I am on is 500MB space, 10GB bandwidth, 5 MySQL databases, 5 email accounts, 5 FTP accounts, and has preinstalled scripts, such as PHP-Website, phpBB, IPB, Zen-Cart, etc.
Also, my host supports PHP Freewebs does NOT! And that is one of the main reasons freewebs SUX!
Freewebs is ONLY good for those that do not know what they are doing, and basically need their website builder to help build a site with freeweb's premade templates. Or for those that don't need a lot out of a website and can use HTML pretty well.
So Goober, if Freewebs doesn't even support JavaScript, what makes you think it's soooo good?! You don't even get an FTP account! lmfao! HostUltra even gives you an FTP! Though you have a 1MB upload limit, it still roxxors FreeWebs boxxors!
Ok, so I am done dissing FreeWebs crap hosting 
This is a list of beginner sites I would recommend:

http://www.100webspace.com
http://www.addyour.net
And keep in mind, each of those supports PHP, and most, if not all other extensions. However, FreeWebTown & HostUltra do NOT have a SQL database. So, no forums, etc.
If you want more ranting, just...... Talk about how good freewebs is again, and I will come here and show you why FreeWebs sucks even MORE! lol

Now to me that doesn't sound like unlimited.
However, I do agree on free webs being very very slow.

Hmm. I supose I need to get my site up and on soon too. I just need to make couple of things before I can launch my site.
Anyway I am quite full of those free web hosts, as they usually have quite tight rules and most of them are amerikan, so they assume you are on same continent. BAH.
So I am happy with my current Operator (cellphone and internet) since they have done everything as has been agreed, and service quality has been excelent. (atleast when compared to other finnish operators)
Anyway about my site. I have determined layoyut, so I need to finalize it's build and here are sections I will add there:
Shock-FX(my RF mod)
Red Faction
Games of Looking Glass studios(tribute for them)
Diablo 2(diablo2realms related)
Grand Theft Auto : San Andreas
Also I will add files and forums for each section.
Also with restricted access I will make there person introducion part (on other server).
PS. I did not want to ressurect my older topics for this... (I Dislike skeletons)
