Ok, I've done everything as I remember, set the links for the bones, set the animation controllers and everything.. then when I apply RFBone and add my bones, the bones in the right arm go funky and collapse on each other. I've never experienced this happening.. ever..

Anyone know what the problem is?

Edit: I thought I might need to reset the XForm of the bones, but that didn't work. I went through 25 minutes of re-arranging hell and it didn't work. Bugger.

Did you reset xform after you added the bones and assigned controllers? If so that may be the problem.

I had this happen to a character model because I tried cutting corners and didn't follow the procedure correctly, paid for it in 2 hours of extra work to get it right

if you had created the bone structure for the right arm by mirroring or copying the left arm bone structure it will do that...

dunno how to fix that but your only solution is to make it manually.

Oh dear, that's exactly what I did
I used an old armset after that but I couldn't get the FP model to show, even with 2 hours of tweaking it. Oh dear.
