Try creating packfile again and when it gives you the error, have a look in the report on the bottom left of your screen for the offending texture. Then retexture all the faces that have the missing texture on them with something else. You will also have at least one 0kb VPP in your multi folder now whichif left there will prevent you from creating a game in multi... so delete it MY RF MAPS
