i wouldn't loop it though. and i would also make it an optional music file kinda like how NCF does it because that song would get old fast.

man, that would be soo easy to do compared to how my ISS Project is going ...

It is possible for players to turn off music in the game.
Just use a mover to trigger a Music_Stop event. A normal trigger with the User Key Required box checked activates the mover and then the music stops. Simple.
Just have a decal next to the trigger saying ,"I'm sick of this music!!!" lol

Like the idea of a bath map, I LOVE Water themed maps, I dont know why! its why I like eternal Depth so much.

As for a joint map... possibly. I have a slight inclination to do another deathrun style... but you finish yours first lol.

KOZ Obstacle was pretty amazing with the use of events and such.. but the room after the quake with the spinners that kill you are pretty buggy especially with lag.. The end part was a good idea with the switches and movers

Im currently making a Deathrun style map myself.. Well i have been for ages now that i cant remember.. Hopefully i can finish one up so i can show ya

KOZ Obstacle wasn't really made to be played online.
It was a demo showing how to use various events that I eventually turned into a complete single player map. Many of the events go crazy in MP mode.
If I make another one it will be for MP.

I can see RF is still alive and kicking, the maps are looking good still but I won’t reinstall the game.

But KOZ Obstacle was played with probably up to 16 players at some stage on Zilahs server.. look at the Link.. ZIPHIE.ORG/Q RUN SERVER

I've further developed the Deathrun style possibilties with proper working events in MP and fixed bugs such as the (join late bug) and just boldly going where no Cyrus had been before.

I played around alot with AI Player models and also Cutscenes.. and managed to get a positive number of remarkable results such as perfectly flying bats (AI) and a merk running, working in MP.

introduction cutscene on join is pretty simple and less bugs to worry about but if you want multiple ones (triggered) then you have to worry about things such as..

A) if a player dies while viewing a cutscene their RF will crash
b) if a cutscene is triggered while a cutscene is already playing it will skip the previous cutscene.
c) the manual triggered cutscenes work for everyone not just for 1 player.. which is different to the when dead cutscene and must be properly setup ect.
D) you can also get some special FX on cutscene using the fullscreen image event and a semi-transparent texture to give it something extra
e) adding sounds is possible, but the thing to remember is ... once the cutscene activates ALL sounds will stop.. and only the new sounds that are trigger AFTER the cutscene you will be able to hear.

There is alot of other crap to actually get your cutscene working aswell but its been mentioned elsewhere in other topics, Im just telling you what i know about MP compatability because without some of this knowledge you would have many lessons to learn.
