And btw Goober its not called noob talk its called 1337.

You will more than likely have to forward the port 7755 in your router. If your not sure how to do it look for your router at www.portforward.com and that should tell you how to do it.

If your not sure what your router is there should be a brandname and model number written somewhere on the router itself. Also if you cant find your specific router look for similar ones from the same manufactorer as they sometimes do it the same way in multiple routers.

It might be that WindowsXP is blocking your server from being seen. If that is the case then try this:

Firewall Enable or disable Internet Connection
1. Open Network Connections
2. Click the Dial-up, LAN or High-Speed Internet connection that you want to protect, and then, under Network Tasks, click Change settings of this connection.
3. On the Advanced tab, under Internet Connection Firewall, select one of the following:
3.1 To enable Internet Connection Firewall (ICF), select the Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet check box.
3.2 To disable Internet Connection Firewall, clear the Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet check box.

Note
· To open Network Connections, click Start, click Control Panel, click Network and Internet Connections, and then click Network Connections.
· You must be logged on as a computer administrator to complete this procedure.
· If you clear the Protect my computer and network by limiting or preventing access to this computer from the Internet check box, the firewall on your computer is disabled, and your network is vulnerable to intrusions.
· You should not enable Internet Connection Firewall on virtual private networking (VPN) connections or on client computers because ICF will interfere with file and printer sharing.
· ICF cannot be enabled on the private connections of the Internet Connection Sharing host computer.
· Internet Connection Sharing, Internet Connection Firewall, Discovery and Control, and Network Bridge are not available on Windows XP 64-Bit Edition.

I doubt it would be the firewall... But it may be, but I really think it's just the ports.

Also, you might need to make the server PC DMZ enable on the router.
Don't really recommend it but that is what I had to do to get my UT2004 server to be ping-able...
After you are done playing it, turn of the DMZ Hosting feature on your router.
