Your best bet would be to download Lazyban 1.2 or 1.3. With 1.2 you can play on version 1.2 servers only, but you can log the IPs of any player. With 1.3 you can play on ALL servers on ALL versions, except that you lose the IP logging ability. With Lazyban, in general, you take rcon in a server (or skip this step if it's an in-game created server) and then type ban and press enter. You'll get a list of each of the players in the server with every name having a letter next to it. You then type in just the letter of the person you want to ban and presto, they are gone. (note: with 1.2 if you press and hold the down arrow key while viewing the list of players with letters next to their names, you'll eventually scroll down to the IPs of the players. The IPs will be in the order the players' names were in on the list.) There was a download on the Iron Sun Mod website, but that's gone down now... The game will automatically check your multi and single folders before it loads the default textures.
