If not, look to download a UMOD extractor like UMODE or UT2004mi.
Personally, I think UMODE is more reliable, but UT2004mi has specific options for extracting skins.

Or if that what I suggested fails, which I doubt but I have been known to be wrong more than 100 times a day. You can use this program to extract the files manually to where they go:
Also, if you play the game online and download levels from server. PLEASE PLEASE use this file to extract/install the files from your cache. This will save you a lot of time having to re-download the levels again. Not only that, it will save the server bandwidth. Many players think that once you download a level from a game server redirect that it is installed in the correct place. It's not. It is only there for I think 14 days(maybe 30 ) then it gets deleted and you would need to re-download the files again.
