When modders appear, people leave because modders ruin things for others. Some people, such as myself, actually relish in modders, as it is a great challenge to defeat a well-equipped modder (yes, all modders can be killed, you just have to find the way. Even Myth doesn't stop a fusion to the face ). For other people, however, modders just ruin the game as they'll rapidly and obstinately kill people and capture the flag (if CTF). So, people leave as they want to have fun without worrying about a modder flying in front of them an launching 40 rails in their face. Anyway, there are a lot of sites online that convert time for you. 2100 hours (there is no PM if you're going by military-style time keeping) is roughly 9pm. As you're in England, 9pm GMT (England time) equals roughly 4pm EST (Eastern US/Canada). 7pm EST = 1am GMT.
