Long load times are normal for SMOD. Try turning some settings down if it's too long. |

This mod is awesome. Lovin it so far. I espically like the kick feature... Infact you can use the kick when your in the speed boat and the jeep. you can get some serious serious speed or hangtime depending on the angle and how fast you kick... lol Gordon has some leg there. If he tried he could kick himself to the moon in a speedboat. 
Although I wish you could pick up items and kick them instead of picking them up, letting go then kicking them to send them flying into baddies to kill them.  |

Yes, it's a single player mod. You collect the weapons throughout the game, much like you do in regular Half-Life 2 gameplay. Some of the weapons however, must be spawned through the console, as they do not show up anywhere in normal gameplay.
Also, whenever I use zoom or slowmo I just see a blank white screen. Anyone else have this problem? I've never had either of these things work for me in SMOD.

that's just to the left of the number 1 at the top of your keyboard. you may first need to turn on the console in options. go to keyboard options, then click advanced and check the console option. |

So papaedmund if you want to open console "~" in order to spawn weapons you need to first enable it. juust go into options, go to thew controls tab, select advanced then tick the "Enable Developer Console" option.
Also: sometimes the steam folder doesn't install like this "Crogram FilesValveSteamsteamapps" it will install like this sometimes "Crogram FilesSteamsteamapps". |
