Well, uninstalling the game would remove those items. 
Make sure you also remove every other gun--and armor and health--so it's perfectly fair to everyone. Wouldn't want anyone getting super strong off other weapons and armor. Pistols for everyone!  |

I say leave everything. People will say it's n00bish, well, your the n00b that can't handle it. Because you can take out an HMG user with almost every weapon available in RF... My personal favorite is the Sniper Rifle, but to each his/her own. |

You don't because only tards do that and if you do your server will suck then we will all boycott you, then a nuclear missile will drop down on your house and you will die! Wow flaming,thats a mature way of not helping someone. 
I dont agree with it either. HMG is funny as hell and AMP really helps when racking up frags,but if you really want to do it the patches are Here. |

If you guys aren't going to give the person an answer then you're no better than spammers. He asked an honest question, so give him a freaking honest answer other than "haha noob wants to turn off the weapons!" If you're not gonna play in his server then does it effect you in any way? No. So unless you are going to answer him, just drop it.
To answer your question Krypton you're going to need the "Bye Bye Noobs" patch and a vpp builder. You simply have to add the files in the patch to your UI vpp using the builder and it should work.
