Have you watched it yet?Man i loved it when Kong fought 3 T-rexes and broke one T-rexes jaw! And the slug ate that guy Man that was cool.Yay violence.And Peter Jackson did a good job remaking it the 70,s version of Kong kinda sucked this one is better.

heh 70's version haha.

The original was in the 1930s. Pretty cool too seeing as its so old.

Dont give any of the film away though. people always get annoyed about that, so no spoliers in this thread

I might watch it i dunno.

I don't think we Kiwi's will be ditching the "Middle Earth" moniker in favour of "Skull Island" though!

Great movie. The scene in the theatre, with Kong in chains, is the Civic theatre in Auckland. The last time I went there to see a show, I sat in the seat that Kong put his hand through - kinda eerie.

Whoa, the Civic?!?

Cool. I went there sometime this year as part of my Drama course at Avondale College. I believe it was the 'Duchess of Malfoy' or something like that. Please excuse any inaccuracies in spelling.
