Then, in the area where it says Address put in 'ftp.levels4you.com' with the username 'l4y' and password 'l4y', use Port 21 After you have done that, click the connect button on the top left, and wait till it connects. Once connected, right click on the address displayed in the new window and select 'Upload' and 'direct', then chose your file. The file will then upload and all you have to do then is fill in the form located here A staff member will then, finalize the submit and the file will be on the site. Hope this helps.
