NOT A DOUBLE POST! MY OTHER THREAD GOT DELETED!
I was given a no blood pack and I did as I was told and it didnt work...
Can I turn off the blood in Red faction so that there is nothing when I shoot a live guard? (not dead corpses) |

The blood pack that you downloaded and placed in your ui.vpp should prevent blood from "spewing" from bodies alive or dead. However, you will still see blood splattered on the floors, walls, objects, etc. |

It wouldn't really be a patch, you just need to make the blood textures transparent... lol

well all the blood is still there.... (i shoot the guards heads and a huge splatter of blood comes out...) |

the thing i dont understand is...you may play shooting games but there may be no blood in it ????  stupid parents....my dad is also like that but i just ignore him lol  |

same here, plus the fact that my dad was the one who showed me RedFaction at age 8
also on a compleatly differnt matter, i went to a provincial 3D Computer Animation compition today, i got bronze. (3rd for all you idiots who dont kn ow what bronze is  ) and one of the judges said he was going to get in touch with me soon to see about getting me a job at the university! isnt that great? a 13 year old at a university! |

The blood that spawns when u hit a player is a VBM animation. I can't remember the name of it tough. Just browse the vpps in your root folder and search for such a vbm.
Make this invisible and it'll go away. |

I simply just editted the vclip.tbl file so you don't see the vbm file at all... I changed it from 100+ particles to 0! lol |
