Hello people of Red Faction
You all know about the process about DM-FutureTown being constructed as we speak.  Well Ive decided to do something else AFTER DM-FutureTown map is finished.
Ive decided to come up with a map idea that is going to be based upon EVERYONES idea for a map, on this forum.
I want everyone to vote a topic for a map and then we shall post idea's about "What to put in the map".
I think it would be great for people to bring and share their idea's for a map for Red Faction and then construct it by putting all their idea's together.
anyone is more than welcome to help me on this project if you wish to

I voted "town/city" as i love these kind of maps (i know your doing one atm but i want more!!! )
but i also like the War option as long as they are done well (grozny and iraq spring to mind) |

I like War and army for Red Faction. I dont like it when the guns are changed with mods but I defently like war ones. I play C & C Renegade alot and I had created a few Groups on RED with the buildings and vehicles off Renegade. |

I dont like war games much. Im sick of games like call of duty and battle feild and vietcong. i like blasty fast paced games like RF RF2 UT2004 and FEAR. and not all guns that use chemical propulsion |

I like games with major violence,games with an editor and the weapons are reasonable for the timeline of the game and vehicles.Thats the reason why i bought RF i looked at the box and saw the Aesir fighter than i bought it and beat it on Hard mode countless times. |

So what are you suggestion for a topic of a map? an Unreal Map? |

Maybe a cross between Unreal+Doom 3 and RF.

I did once try a Unreal Tournament mod for Red Faction... But I couldnt model and needed some people to help me. Nobody really did. I just ended up creating levels for it mainly. |

It seems that you guys like city maps alot... You never know, one day, someone might overwrite the brush limit in RED then we be getting cities as huge as GTA San andreas for Red Faction lol... Think how many people could you fit onto on server with that map going lol. |

32... you could fit 32 people on any server. no more on RF anyway. then again, Call Of Duty can have up to 98+ player servers  |

Well Im almost done taking the votes in... once I get a good score, I will make a post for everyone to post their ideas upon that topic.
At the moment, we have got a tie with two topics... If no one votes for one of them to make it even, ill have to post another poll up with only those two topics. |
