To delete polys go to the modifiers list and select editable mesh,poly or whatever it is. then click the red square button. This lets you select polys. then just delete the polys you wouldnt see in-game. you might wanna make a backup of the model incase you delete a wrong poly.
That does look like a damn good model. Texturing seems good too. I can’t remember this as a fact but I think you can export vcm if your models are to poly intensive for a v3m.
So rather then a static mesh, export it as a character model, I’m fairly certain that it can have more polys
