i dont know why... it has about a billion invs. and no experamenting with textures at all. but i would give it about a 2/5 because he is just starting  |

I don't think he has to explain why he put a certain review on a map. Just because you think the map may be one thing, someone else may have a different opinion on it. That's all really.  |

Yeah thats why I ask him. normally if i give a review to a level i discribe with i think is good or bad about the level.
So thats why i wonder what thinks is so great abou that level, Or is it just a level made by someone he knows and is that the reson he gave it a 5/5 ? |

I think the words were looking for is "Can Kisser". Its just a friend helping a friend. Although we can all clearly see the map isn't exactly 5 star worthy. But maybe there was something Pred. saw in the level that was worthy of 5 stars (i seriously doubt it though). I will download this map and see if it really is 5 star worthy . People just need to be honest.
I bet Pred. didn't even download the level!!! lol. |

When I first saw this topic, I thought Pred insulted someone and half-destroyed the L4Y community. To my relief, he didn't, so all's well and all that.
I think he voted that way because lighting like that is difficult to do on his version of RF (remember, Pacific and some versions of US lack a full RED engine, and lighting effects like this are impossible (I know because I have the faulty RED engine myself, and the only way I can get lighting to work is by making it "ambient light" through a room effect)). Either that, or it was a joke.
Still, it's his review, and if you differ in opinion, you should download it and rate it yourself. Of course, follow the L4Y rules:

I don't see where he violated it anywhere, so his review is valid. I've certainly seen reviews far worse than this (ie just a word and a number), he at least explained how the level surpassed his capabilities and implied a desire to study the level and learn how it was done. Thus, his review was implicitly better than half the reviews on here, as he compared it to his own abilities and kept it so brief any vetird could read it.

Even worse is when people give your map 1/5 or something extremely low because they don't like you. Happened to a few of my maps. |

True,true.I,m wierd in here and in the real world so what?I like the map.Another mans trash may be my gold.And it is small too[Forgot to mention it in the review].Yes i have broadband but i still like small files. |

Yeah, it doesn't matter if he rated it a 5/5. It's just his opinion of what he thinks of the level and I don't see why there is a problem with that.  |
