He likes UT2004 in VCTF. He reformatted his PC and instead of putting the bigger hard drive, he got lazy and left the older smaller drive. He said he only has enough room for either UT2004 or Red Faction, so he picked UT2004. Which at this time is only Red Faction and UT2004 (in VCTF mode). It's the same name for Quake, Call of Duty, Pain Killers, Half Life 2 and others I don't really play any more nor I have them installed. When it comes to Red Faction, I usually play in these servers, in the following order: 1. Levels4you.com Server™ (which usually is called Frank's Dedicated™ server). 2. www.RedFaction.info 3. Mr Amero's dedicated server 4. www.panjaland.com 5. ¤¤« WÊï®D¦Sé®vëR «¥¥ 6. Have Fun I don't run a RF server as much as I use to. I how however run a UT2004 server everyday. Which is what I mostly play now. I don't know, call me a fool but I like running over other players. But then it come to a deathmatch game, IMO nothing beats Red Faction and the reason I still play it. Currently I am only running default maps on the server but that might change in a few minutes to hours. I've had the server up for 4 days straight now. I've only had a few people join it but I think those are the ones that either downloaded the new server list of went to panjaland.com and installed there fav list from the program they have running on there site. I like that method of getting a favorite list. I've installed it and now I have less server but I have the ones that I normally play. They are the more popular ones any way. For the number of players, I think there are too many server. I think a few server should close there down. You know the ones that hardly ever get anybody to join. Too many servers is spreading the last remaining players to thin. It's also the reason I hardly run my server. If you think that is bad. Last morning I tried to play a DM in Quake 4(just bough the game) and there were like 16 players from a list of 1000 server. That's a new game too. Talk about too many servers.
