Why do the textures of all the model skins, faces look so weird and stretched and not look anything like the normal textures in the game? What did they use to stretch it with? How did they stretch and warp the textures like that ?

He simply means why do the textures for weapon models look distorted and misplaced. Rather than laying the texture mapping straight out, Volition/THQ made it so that everything is "funkified"! lol
