hi all, i`ve setup a server for unreal tournament, only it is for snipers only, now lately i`m having a lot of people coming in and start to run and gun 
i tried to make a mutator myself but i`m no good at writing scripts.
so my question is: can anyone help me on a mutator that would do just this : once a player is running and at the same time shoots an other player, then the running player dies and loses a frag.
