I was wondering if anyone had ever tried to make a mod following max payne 1's levels and storyline. with the physics and weapons of mp 2. I think its a decent idea since the story of mp 1 is alot better then the second. But the graphics and other tweaks of mp 2 would be a nice touch.

Yup, that'd be pretty sweet. Playing those classic MP1 levels under the MP2 and Havok engines gotta be awesome. (I think the MP2 story is as good as the first one though).
But, I wonder who's willing to work on such a big project.... Anyone wants to..??

possible... but isnt it illegal? if you made the levels from scratch and didnt use the textures from mp 1 it wouldnt be...
