Hey
Iv been around this site for about 2 years now,i just havnt really posted
Any way here is a picture of a hallway i made in about 2 mins,i know its nothing flash... I dont know about you but i enjoy looking at other peoples work.

Its cool but if you like gore like me you should add more detail like alot of blood decals dead bodies and other stuff.
But is that map Sp or MP? |

im sort of trying to figure out.. how exactly sp maps will gain rfs popularty back.. the community is in the multi player, where u can enjoy a good game with some other ppl...
no pun intended to any one, its just pof |

Looks like a nice hallway, i have seen way worse hallways, this one at least has a bit of detail in there. nice work, allthough i have to say a hallway alone isn't much of a level  |

Its not just the multiplayer aspect of a game that makes it good  Its balanced gameplay a good storyline and plot that makes a game fun With SP maps we refresh the GEO-MOD engine and story of RF. Multi makes RF multi alive SP makes the story alive. If in the 80,s games did not have any multiplayer but people still liked them because of the storyline |

Has anybody continued the original story yet? That would make a good SP project... could be as long as the original game even. |

I think the RED Community are looking for SP maps due to the fact that the "Already made" SP map with Red Faction sucked. Maybe someone needs to put their head down and create a huge SP story, completely better to the one we have now.
Has anybody continued the orginal story yet? You find that out in Red Faction 2 when they return to earth.
If we were lucky enough, id say Red Faction 3 that ive heard about, coming out for the Xbox360, sounds good but I havent seen screen shots for it yet.
I must say though, Red Faction 2 story was pants too. I recon they used the same methods to create Red Faction 2 as they did with Red Faction. But the greatest shame is that it never came with Multiplayer mode or a Level Editing program which completely sucked.
So I think a group of guys and girls should group together to create one big massive Single Player map for Red Faction, with a story thats more interesting.

The hallway looks good, every part of a map should be atleast like that, but people are lazy.. i know i am.
Everytime you i started an SP map i didden't finish it, sooo many unfinished... , (if any1 wants to play a sorta finished one it pm meh) |

It seems that when one constructs a Single Player map, they end up getting lost or get bored of building it.
Some people don't plan them and construct them off the top of their head, like I do. I too have many unfinished Single Player maps.
I was gonna start a project called Half Life Faction but there was too much to do and in the end, i got pretty bored of it. So ive stopped.
I think they might be still lying around somewere my Half Life Faction SP maps. Anyone would like to finish them, be my guest! PM me. |

sure if someone wants to make a huge CDC and make a full new SP game, id help. we could call it "Red Faction II (not sucky version)"
acually something like RED FACTION RELOADED would be cool. ill help but we would need more than one person, for the origional SP game there was at least 8 people.  |
